FAQs

All logo design packages include both web ready files (jpg and transparent png) as well as high resolution, print and vector files (eps, pdf, and ai).

We provide several logo design packages to choose from to target most budgets. The base logo design package starts with “Bronze”, then goes up to Silver, Gold and all the way up to the Platinum package, which includes free premium business cards.

Packages are a flat rate and you can receive your initial logo design proofs same day or up to 2-3 business days after 50% down payment (depending on our current workload/holidays).

Vector files are native files that you can resize, scale, and even change colors or fonts without losing any quality or resolution on your image. Vector files are mostly used by professional designers or print shops.

The standard turn around time for most logo design proofs is 2-3 business days. For a small rush fee, some initial logo design proofs can be provided sooner or on weekends/after hours.

All the rights of the client-approved logo design belong to our customer after payment is made in full to Austin Logo Designs. Trademark registration for the final logo design is the responsibility of the client. (Please ask for more details regarding our standard logo agreement).

Pantone colors are the universal standard for designers, print shops and customers to reference exact swatch colors to match your brand’s color palette, so your business image is consistent.

We accept all the major credit card: Visa, Master Card, Discovery, American Express, check and bank transfer. Invoices sent online via Quickbooks.

Our professional, college educated graphic designers will create a unique one of a kind logo specifically tailored for your brand’s needs. We will design multiple original concepts from scratch, no clip-art or templates are ever used in the process. Designs are carefully crafted, sketched and conceptualized.

Online pre-made logo design sites likely just change the company name, but the concept of the logo may have been already used by another user, and it will remain available for a different user in the future, increasing your odds of seeing your logo at another booth at a conference or on a competitor’s website.
